Do you require cancelation notice?

We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your order. Sod that has been cut without a cancelation notice will be processed for payment. Weather and other factors can cause disruption in plans/scheduling, so we ask that you monitor the weather in advance of your order date. If we need to delay your order due to weather or other factors, you will get a phone call or e-mail from us in regards to a re-schedule date. Any questions or concerns, please call our office.
